MAX group of companies, located at Chennai with branch at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is formed in the year 1993 with basic activity of Tourism Development. Further it was developed into multi-activity zone viz. conducting cultural activities, promoting the image of India abroad etc. Our group consists of Max Global Holidays Ltd, Max Airlines Pvt. Ltd. and Max Global Management & Services Pvt. Ltd. Presently, the group of companies has acquired land to an extent of around 300 acres and is on the process of acquiring another 300 to 400 acres at PERAMBALUR District, Tamilnadu with the following Project proposals. CONSTRUCTION of Private Airfield to operate Regional Feeder Passenger Airliner and Feeder Air Cargo services along with future plan of establishing Maintenance, Repair and overhaul (MRO) facility in Maintenance Segment. Max Wold Entertainment city which consists of Theme park ,Safari and Aquatics. Asean City a multicultural destination to show and asean countries at one location like miniature. |

 The ASEAN CITY is One Stop Centre for the shadow of ASEAN Countries. The purpose of ASEAN CITY is to promote all the ASEAN countries. It will be a true shadow of the ASEAN countries where one can feel like visiting ASEAN Countries while being in India. The City will be equipped with ASEAN Countries Business Centers, Condominium in ASEAN Style, Food Centers of all the ASEAN Countries, Schools and Colleges with ASEAN Pattern of Education, Hospitals and Health Centers with Medical facilities for ASEAN Countries, Recreation Centers etc. |

 Of late, it is observed that the Theme Park & Fun World visits, taking part in adventure Games, preferring for staying in holiday resorts or touring to secluded and remote places that are away from the maddening crowd by the Adults and children is conspicuously on the rise. It may be attributed to the economic growth around the globe, especially in Indian Sub-continent. Also owing to multifold expansion in Tourism Industry, a good number of Indian populations are taking to foreign package tours and after visiting the Theme Parks . Located in other countries, are taking lively interest for visiting such places frequently. Where as in India, the Theme Parks are confined to few Metros and Urban areas that are in the reach of only around 20 - 30% population of the country. The rest of the population is confined to rural areas and do not have access to such theme parks as they can not afford for foreign tours or visits to Metros often. If Theme parks are made available in Semi Urban areas, people would prefer to visit the sites as an escape / change from the busy and stressed life that everybody is subjected to now a days. |

 INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNED FOR THE AIRFIELD: As the operations planned, i.e. Cargo operations and Feeder Passenger Services involve both rotary wing and fixed wing aircrafts, the following infrastructure if anticipated: a) Land to an extent of around 500 acres. b) Runway to a length of 5,000' and a width of around 500' c) Helipads as required d) Taxiing tracks from the tarmac and hangar to the runway. e) Minimum two hangers as per the requirement to accommodate the type of aircraft/choppers. |
